BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR EVENT

 

Where are you located?

We serve Chattanooga and surrounding areas! We do travel to nearby cities up to a 20-mile radius. If you are out of our travel range, we can travel to you for an additional charge.

What is your booking availability?

We offer party equipment rentals Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All rentals are available in up to 4-hour increments. You may purchase additional time if needed for a charge.

What ages are appropriate for your equipment?

Our soft playsets are for little ones ages 1-5 years (with adult supervision). However, our ball pits and bounce houses are for all ages depending on their size.

Do you set up indoors or outdoor?

We set up indoors and outdoor (as long as the weather permits). Additionally, our soft play sets must be protected from sun damage and overheating. Soft playsets can be customized to fit your available space.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Deposits are non-refundable. At Hippity Hop, we follow all guidelines regarding inclement weather policies as suggested by our manufacturers and insurance carrier. Therefore, in the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel, temporarily remove or deflate (bounce castle/houses), or discontinue use at any time and at our discretion.

What If I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable. The client reserves the right to cancel for weather-related issues ONLY, up until the morning of the event, and will receive all but their deposit back.

However, if the client chooses not to cancel or provide a suitable alternate location, once Hippity Hop has arrived at the location, the client will be responsible for the full rental amount.

Are you insured?

Yes! Safety is always our top priority!

Is a deposit required?

Yes, to secure your event date we require a $100 down payment as a non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is due (5) business days before your event.

Customizations are an additional fee and are non-refundable. This service starts at $40.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is up to (4) hours, with the option to add an hour(s) for a charge. We will arrive for set-up 2 hours before your event.
